Privacy policy

This page is being finalised with counsel before launch, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. What follows describes what the site does today; the binding text will replace it.

What we collect

If you request a callback we collect the name, mobile number and city you type, what brings you to the programme, and your consent to be contacted. We also record the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example utm_source or gclid), so we know which channel to credit.

What we do with it

We use it to call you about this programme and, if you enrol, to run your care. We do not sell it. We do not use it to advertise other products to you.

Health data

Clinical data collected inside the programme — glucose readings, labs, prescriptions, consultation notes — is handled by your care team under clinical confidentiality, separately from anything collected on this website.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to erase it. Write to TODO: hello@shukrafit.com.

Grievances

Our grievance officer is named on the grievance page. If a complaint is not resolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
